New Years Eve Cruise on the Gold Coast

Cruise into 2011 in glamorous style on Rivers grand Voyager! Celebrate the beginning of the new year with a 4 course meal served to your table, open bar, live entertainment & dance floor.

The cruise will take you along Gold Coast’s scenic waterways then to view the spectacular fireworks display. It will definitely be a night to remember!

The New Years Eve cruise will depart from Marina Mirage at 8pm and will return to the pier at 12.30 am, where guests can remain onboard until 1 am.

Chef has also prepared an exclusive New Years Eve menu to celebrate. Here's just a few items to tempt your tastebuds:

• Appetizer plate to share of Grilled flat bread, Chef’s selection of freshly made dips, marinated olives, tapenade, home made tomato relish and continental meats
  

• Smoked salmon terrine with layers of cream cheese, capers and lemon with crème fraîche on a honeydew base

• Eye fillet steak served medium with king prawns and Japanese style mustard anglaise on crushed potato & green beans

• Pear and red wine tart with pistachio frangipane & summer berry compote
