Dinner Cruise Menu - Saturday, 30th October

Chef has been working hard to create something special for our first Dinner Cruise on Saturday. Here's a sneak peek at the delicious dishes Chef will prepare fresh onboard for our guests.

Entrée
Served alternately

Classic crystal bay prawn & seafood cocktail on crisp iceberg lettuce with Thousand Island dressing.

Peppered beef carpaccio with Bavarian potato salad, creamy white balsamic dressing and toasted macadamia nuts.

Vegetarian option - Goats cheese bruschetta with roasted vegetables and salad of wild rocket with lemon vinaigrette (Must be pre-booked at time of reservation)

Chicken saltimbocca on roasted root vegetables with haloumi cheese and preserved lemon & tomato chutney

Braised cattleman’s lamb shank on crushed new potatoes with green beans and red wine jus

Market fresh fish of the day served on spring onion garlic mash with a salsa of tomato, green olive and avocado

Vegetarian option - Roasted Mediterranean vegetable lasagna with a rich tomato and basil coulis (Must be pre-booked at time of reservation)

Belgium dark & white chocolate mousse with marinated sour cherries.

Vanilla and mango cheesecake with seasonal berry compote.
